Coinbase, the branded name for Coinbase Global, Inc is an American Publicly traded company. Coinbase was founded in 2012 and according to wikipedia they have $21.3B worth of assets.
Shake Pay is a Montreal based technology company. Launched in 2015, they claim to have $7B+ in bought and sold crypto, along with serving 1,000,000 Canadians
As of writing Binance is the largest crypto exchange when it comes to daily trading volume. Registered in the Cayman Islands, it was founded in 2017 by Changpeng Zhao. Currently Binance no longer serves Ontario residents after pressure from OSC (Ontario Securities Commision).
Founded in 2019, FTX claims to have $10B in daily trading volume as of 2022. The head quarters is located in the Bahamas, and there is a separate exchange for its US customers.
